In holistic therapy, we use various forms of therapy to perceive the human being in its entirety and to enable healing in this way.

The causes of such phenomena are usually complex and arise from an interplay in the mental, emotional and physical body. This is why it is so important to have a multi-layered approach in therapy when trying to solve such complex problems.

My methods in holistic therapy are:

  • Thai massage (with anatomical precision from physiotherapy and ostheopathy).

  • Treatment of energy pathways and their connection with organs and fascia chains
  • Discharge of emotions
  • Healing Trauma: NARM and Somatic Trauma approaches to shock and developmental trauma
  • CBT Methods (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

  • Non-sexual BDSM and pain therapy
